Hello everyone!
Yes the booth shipments are continuing to pour in...sometimes in multiple attempts. The new main banner and GC's for doorprize giveaways were supposed to be in last weekend but instead UPS decided to destroy/loose/or steal them. As such I had to get in touch with Vistaprint and get replacements coming. Vistaprint was excellent as always for all my time crunch needs! They saw the problem and immediately expedited a replacement set with no problem on my part. This time they came the full way via USPS Priority. Just came in and as always I am super happy with the results from the little bit I am able to see right now. After all it is a little hard to unfurl an 8ft long banner to take a look with my arm span! The GC's look awesome and I am excited to do some giveaways of Engagement Sessions. 

I also got notification that my print order has been shipped and is on its way to me now. The main shipment of the Xposer and prints is coming in 5!!! boxes and will weigh in at a total of almost 41lbs! The secondary shipment being drop shipped (from the Acrylic supplier I assume...) is coming in one 12lb box. The Xposer and prints should be here on Monday and the Acrylic is supposed to "drag" in here a day or two later. I cannot say enough good about Bay Photo on this shipment. Had some initial issues with ordering but we got everything straight and it looks now like I will be receiving the Acrylic printed products on the same day I was expecting them to ship! 

Thus it now seems it is up to me to finish the booth skeleton and get the fabric backing measured and cut to size this weekend. That way when my prints come in next week I can do a dry run on putting the booth together and make sure this is all going to look like it did in my head months ago! I have had a peek at our competition for business at this show and they are good photog's so it is going to be hard to get business. But I have faith that my natural talent and charisma will shine when it comes to selling people on hiring Omega Image Photography for their wedding photo company. Of course I am also looking to have a stunning looking booth that draws them in and gets them talking to me. I have some details as far as the table setup at my booth that are still up in the air at the moment. But I have made sure that I am going to have enough extra pieces to cover any hiccups there. 

The closer this show gets the more excited I have become to get out there as Omega Image Photography and get an actual bridal show under my belt and see what kind of business I can get out of this type of event. I know I have the talent and drive to make this work, I just need more people out there to see that and give me that chance. Then I feel once the contracts come in my reviews/word of mouth and my downright force of will are going to make this thing a fantastic success!!!
