Last time this year I was prepping for the first wedding show that I had ever done. This year it looks like I am going to be signing up for the bridal show in the Pocono's instead. I am hoping that this show is going to provide me with some solid leads and a good day out promoting the business. I am looking into the best methods for improving my build and tear down speed. The problem is that I am not certain I can improve it enough to handle the booth solo, but I am trying to find ways to save time. 

I am also finding that the booth dimensions are not universal dimensions for all of the shows or actually ANY of the shows. So having a certain amount of flexibility in booth build is going to be a key in making the booth work for me during all of these shows. So in having adaptability it will allow me more shows without having to worry about changing the heart of the display.

So now all I have to do is get the contract filled out and payment sent. I also have to call/contact the insurance company and get them to put the waiver on the policy for the company sourcing the event. It will be interesting as the event venue that they are having it at will be very new. My only concerns with this particular show are that it is quite a ways from home and that could hold a certain bearing on the amount of contacts that will be viable for me. With any luck though I am going to go into this show with more knowledge and more understanding of what and how I need to get things done.
